Grand Ballroom
Once a private mansion, Land's End features a 4,700 square-foot ballroom with 20 ft. ceilings and a spacious 675 sq. ft. mahogany dance floor. Guests will enjoy panoramic views of the Great South Bay late into the evening as the moon’s light reflects off the water.

Beach Gazebo
Walk down the aisle against a coastal backdrop of sunshine, jetty and water views, lush gardens and ocean air without traveling to a far-away island. You will have that once-in-a-lifetime beach moment you have always dreamed of at Land’s End.

Cocktail Space & Garins Room
Up to 2,400 square feet when these two spaces are combined to accommodate a cocktail or seated reception. Surrounded by water views, three fire places, a baby grand piano and 40 ft. granite bar – guests will have plenty of room to mingle.

Deck and Patio
On a warm evening, treat your guests to a night outdoors. Sitting on Brown’s River, our 6,500 square-feet canopied deck and patio are a perfect sunset retreat. Guests can cozy up for a romantic night by the fire pit overlooking the Great South Bay and Fire Island.

Cordial Lounge
Located directly off the Grand Ballroom, the 800 square-foot Cordial Lounge is a handsome model of rustic times gone by. This historic room evokes feelings of comfort; boasting dark mahogany walls and rich leather sofas, grand staircase, mirroring fire places, copper ceiling and French doors leading to a private patio. It is a great place to sip on a scotch or enjoy an Irish coffee.
